Chicago screws are very useful for making leather belts, bag handles, harnesses or even collars with or without sewing. The only tools needed to install a Chicago screw are a hole puncher, a mallet and a flat screwdriver.
These screws are made up of two parts: a male part with a screw and a female part with a nut.
Using a screwdriver, it is very easy for you to tighten, replace, or even change the screws for all your creative hobbies.
You can add a dot of glue if you want to permanently lock the screw, ideally thread-locking glue for screws. Be careful though, if you want to change the screws on your creation, the glue risks permanently seizing the screw.
